Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Answer customer calls and questions. Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation. Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital records. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments as required. Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, ensuring prompt responses. Assist with any additional clerical duties as needed to support the team. Skills

Experience within an office environment (6 months plus). Experience dealing with customers (6 months plus). Positive attitude. Ability to commute to Ipswich 5 days a week.
