We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Christchurch Team! The Curtiss-Wright HR team in Christchurch operates as a Shared Service, supporting around 598 employees. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, organised, and professional Payroll Administrator to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility by Bournemouth Airport. Responsibilities include: Assisting with the processing of the monthly UK payroll, including day-to-day handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams. Working with Workday HR & payroll software. Processing benefits through the payroll, including Auto enrolment pension. Assisting with report requests from the business. Conducting ad-hoc tasks as required by your manager. Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Maintaining Payroll records. Assisting with Payroll Audits, both internally and externally. Helping with the Payroll helpdesk queries/tickets. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years payroll experience. What You Bring: Well-organised & methodical. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Ability to prioritise own workload. Ability to deliver a high-quality service & commitment to continuous improvement. Team player. Up-to-date knowledge of SSP, SMP, etc. rates. Knowledge of NMW rates of pay. Able to manually calculate pay, including NI, Tax, and pension deductions. Ability to deal with court orders. Option to study CIPP qualification. Confidentiality is a must. Must have GCSE Math and English. Willing to travel within the UK and must hold a valid UK driver's license.
