Management Course Audit Resuscitation Council NLS Experience Essential criteria
Experience in a level 2/3 neonatal unit Facilitating and teaching students Good problem solving skills dealing with complex cases Taking charge of the unit Desirable criteria
Middle Leadership Module Skills/Abilities Essential criteria
Able to work independently and supervising junior staff. Team spirited Analytical Ability to work under pressure Good verbal and written communication Motivating staff Child protection training Interpersonal skills Personal Attributes Essential criteria
Respect and maintain confidentiality Able to accept, give and respond to constructive criticism Able to identify and manage stress in self and others Able to work both day and night shift subject to service demands Applicant requirements You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
