Senior Site Manager
to join our team for a 5-month freelance role on an exciting project in Crewe. About the Role: As the Senior Site Manager, you will take the lead on-site operations, overseeing all aspects of the project to ensure smooth delivery. From coordinating internal fit-out activities to managing external works, you will play a pivotal role in achieving project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate and manage subcontractors across internal and external works. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Manage schedules, ensuring timely progress and mitigating delays. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure alignment with objectives. Prepare and monitor health and safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements. What We re Looking For: Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a senior site management role with expertise in both internals (fit-out) and externals (landscaping, facades, groundwork, etc.). Certifications:
SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification are required. Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Location:
