Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised support to children with special educational needs, focusing on their emotional and social well-being. Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. Help children develop essential life skills, fostering independence and confidence. Build strong, trusting relationships with students and their families, ensuring open communication and support. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to tailor approaches that meet each child's unique needs.

Requirements: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a role emphasizing care and support. We would consider candidates who have work experience in roles with transferable skills such as care. A minimum of a grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a heartfelt commitment to nurturing young minds. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
