Paid travel (depending on location) Fully paid training Sick bonus Overtime rates Days and nights available Here is an exciting opportunity within a developing service, supporting an extremely diverse group of individuals within a residential care home. We are currently hiring for day and night support workers. Whether it is supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, dementia, acquired brain injury, or physical disabilities, we are on a mission to provide the best standards of care and support and to make these individuals' lives as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible. All of the individuals we support demonstrate some level of challenging behavior along with their other support needs. We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and caring individuals to join our growing team of incredibly committed staff. There is huge opportunity for individual development for you here, including relevant training related to the needs of our residents, NVQ Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5, and progression into more senior roles. This is all supported by a highly experienced and knowledgeable management team, bringing their own individual experiences from various health and social care-related environments. Please note we are looking for individuals with a driving license.
