44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 19:00-07:00) The Grove is a well-established part of the community in Waltham and a well-respected care home in the Grimsby area. It provides residential and specialist dementia care in a warm, family-led setting. ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include: Aiding residents' emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents Supporting residents at mealtime Mentoring & assisting new employees Implementing, monitoring, and reviewing care plans to meet residents' specific needs Planning, allocating & supervising the work of the team of care assistants *This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties, please see the job description for full details.
