Overview
A well known and highly successful M&E Contractor are looking for a Mechanical ContractsManager to join their Project Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be contracts/project manager and be able to run projects up to the value of around £5m.
They work within a range of sectors including commercial and also residential. Projects are within both challenging and dynamic environments.
The ideal candidate will come from a mechanical background and have varied experience within the industry and is ambitious looking for progression.
Roles and Responsibilities
Run projects from inception through to completion
Deliver projects on time and on budget up to the value of £5m
Attend meetings with clients and senior management
Manage Health & Safety
Manage commercial side of the project
