Responsibilities:
Assist with the collection, assessment, and imparting of information essential to the successful scheme preparation and implementation process, including liaison with outside bodies and contractors.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of technical design and contract documents to ensure the implementation of structural design projects and improvements within published programmes and budget estimates for assessment and monitoring.
Liaise with relevant bodies (e.g., contractors, public utilities) to include within design duties and programmes, as required.
Work with due regard to Health and Safety of themselves and others at all times, addressing sustainability in working practices and encouraging others on policies and practices of equality of opportunities.
Umbrella rate: £50.75 per hour
