Application Support Engineer London - x3 days a week in office Up to £45,000 Are you an Application Support Engineer looking for the next step in your career? My client, an FX scale up based in London, are looking for an Application Support Engineer to support the business through an exciting growth period. You'll have the opportunity to work on a bespoke inhouse system, providing support to an integral part of the business. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow as the business develops, you'll collaborate with cross functional teams in an agile environment & you'll be exposed to various aspects of the business. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. Competency in application monitoring tools such as Azure log analytics and App Insights. Proven background in SQL and Dynamics CRM. ITIL certification or other relevant certifications are desirable. The Application Support Engineer will: Manage day-to-day tickets for incidents in a timely manner whilst adhering to customer service principles. Prioritise incidents in terms of criticality and address in the correct manner. Assess application performance and promptly address potential issues through system upgrades to ensure a high level of performance and security. Support the integration of new applications into the existing environment. Ensure that new integrations and deployments are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
