Head of Operations Lincolnshire Excellent opportunity for a Head of Operations to join an established FMCG business! This is an excellent opportunity to oversee all factory operations at a large site and contribute significantly to a market leading FMCG business. As Head of Operations, you will report into the GM and act as the number two on site, deputising as Site Lead. This role will see you have full accountability for factory operations ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site. This role is all about people and process; you will need to be an influential leader providing coaching and mentoring to the team, spotting development and progression opportunities for those who demonstrate promise. You will play a crucial role in promoting a Continuous Improvement culture, delivering the OpEx Strategy for the site. We are seeking someone who has site leadership experience and has operated at Head of Operations / Factory Manager level before, with a proven ability leading teams and sites in an FMCG manufacturing environment (ideally within food manufacturing). You’ll need to be pragmatic, strategic in your approach, and have great problem-solving skills. Often the face of the company with site visits and audits, you will need to be commercially capable to make this role a success!
