KSA Architects Ltd are looking for a talented and experienced Placemaker to join our dynamic team at our Portsmouth Studio.
Experience & Skills
Ideal Candidates:
CIAT or equivalent qualified with minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in the residential, care & extra care sectors. Will have a full working knowledge of Revit, as well as UK Planning & Building Regulations is essential. Will be a great communicator, working collaboratively with other building professionals, providing architectural design services and solutions on construction projects. Candidates must have strong technical design, detailing and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all RIBA work-stages. Preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals. In addition, a robust and current building construction / technical knowledge and application in practice is required and should be evident within the CV. Experience of working both independently and as part of a team on both small and larger-scale projects is required. Salary and Benefits
Salary negotiable based on experience. 37 hour working week, flexible working available. 25 days holiday per annum, additional days off at Christmas and New Year. Funded office social events. Where applicable, support for achieving appropriate qualifications. Apply now!
