Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Well-Established Nursing Home
Warrington Area
Full-time: 2 days supernumerary & 2 days working nursing shifts
Salary: Depending on experience
My client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their well-established nursing home in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting a strong, compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the clinical management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.
·Support and mentor nursing staff, ensuring effective training and development.
·Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the delivery of exceptional care to residents, particularly those living with dementia.
·Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
·Lead and manage the clinical team, offering guidance and support in clinical decision-making.
Key Requirements:
·Valid NMC Pin (Registered Nurse) required.
·Dementia experience is essential.
·Proven experience working within a nursing home environment is essential.
·Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff.
·A compassionate and person-centred approach to care, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
