Sales Consultant Opportunity – New Development in Gainsborough We are partnering with a leading developer to recruit experienced Sales Consultants for a newly launched development in Gainsborough. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the development, ensuring each buyer's experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will manage the full sales journey, from the first inquiry through to post-purchase care. In this role, you'll guide customers through property specifications, sales negotiations, and the entire buying process. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing reservations, and ensuring timely legal completions. This role requires regular communication with prospective buyers, construction teams, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire sales process, including initial contact, negotiations, and post-completion support. Meet sales targets and achieve legal completions within defined timelines. Advise customers on property specifications, pricing, and the buying process. Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, financial advisors, and other stakeholders. Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in new build housing sales or estate agency is highly desirable. Strong customer service backgrounds will also be considered. Proven sales experience with excellent negotiation skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. What We Offer: Competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £27,000, with additional commission of £250 per plot. Bonus opportunities for legal and financial referrals.
