Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be based on the Frail Elderly Assessment Unit (FEAU) carrying out comprehensive geriatric assessments of frail elderly patients. There will be participation in twice weekly MDT meetings for the 30 bed virtual frailty ward. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out assessments of patients at risk of admission via 'hot clinics' to ensure high quality care is delivered in the right place.
