Investigate more complex customer complaints and respond to customer enquiries/complaints in a timely manner. Complete customer self-audit questionnaires. Conduct internal and GMP audits in line with requirements. Conduct any required technical investigations, using root cause analysis to prevent re-occurrence. Contribute to the further development of the Quality Management System and ensure that current documentation and systems are in place. Support the issuing of specifications to customer requirements and ensure validity of product. Adhere to current legislation regarding food production, representation, and labelling. Advise on any new legislation and keep abreast of scientific and technical developments. Ensure traceability and accurate labelling during the process to protect and safeguard Brand Integrity. Ensure compliance with customer Code of Practice and relevant welfare schemes. Complete Quality KPIs, actively monitor GMP results and QA task completion. As part of the food safety team, review the plan as appropriate and monitor/audit compliance. Raise and report any non-compliance directly to the Technical Manager/Technical Director. Job Type
