Clinical Nurse Advisor - Surgical Gowns and Tray Wraps Basic Salary: £43,620 + car + benefits Covering the Midlands and South My client is a well-respected provider of surgical gowns, drapes, and tray covers for use within theatre environments in NHS and private hospitals. They are looking for a Clinical Nurse Advisor to join their successful surgical sales support team to cover the Midlands and South of England. If you have experience as an RGN, Band 5 or above, and have worked in a surgical/theatre environment previously, this could be a great new challenge. The Role: Visiting existing customer hospitals and those recently signed up to trial the product and service. Advising clinical staff on the best use of products and working with non-clinical staff to manage service provision. Understanding challenges or problems faced by clinical staff. Nurturing and expanding existing clients by delivering outstanding customer service. Advising clinicians and their teams on the benefits of reusable surgical textiles. Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff, including surgeons and ODPs. This is a home-based position covering the Midlands and South area, requiring travel to hospitals and occasional overnight stays. The Person: Experience as a Registered General Nurse with theatre/scrub experience (Band 5 or higher) or as an ODP. Confident in all areas of communication and able to influence both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. A full UK driver's licence is essential, with the ability to stay away from home when needed. Willingness to work in a theatre environment and complete related admin from home when not attending client meetings. The Package: Basic salary of £43,620 per annum. Company car + fuel card.
