Personal Tax Senior – London – Growing firm in the City Are you an experienced Tax Senior/Semi Senior looking for a role where you are responsible for all aspects of your portfolio with a degree of autonomy supporting the Tax Manager? Our client is a growing firm located in the City of London. An approachable firm, offering a wide range of first-class services which are not only technically excellent but also delivered in a personal and friendly way. The partners and staff are as diverse as their clients, with a wide range of backgrounds, personality, ethnic origin, and ambition. The company has a small, dedicated tax team overseen by their Tax Manager. They are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Tax Senior with previous experience managing a client portfolio to join the team. Personal Tax Senior responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, self-employed individuals, and property investors. Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns and computations. P11D returns. Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients. Identifying tax planning opportunities and providing proactive advice to clients. Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring compliance. Assisting with the training and development of junior staff. As a Personal Tax Senior, you will: Ideally be ATT qualified or QBE. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in personal tax. Have strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation. Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively. Have proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
