Main duties of the job

If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we’ll provide access to online and classroom training in specific complex care needs, as well as the chance to study for a relevant NVQ. Depending on the client, you may work independently or as part of a team. Before you start, you’ll have the chance to meet your client and their family. Day-to-day support will be provided by a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager. You’ll also have access to our ‘Carer App’ for insights and information. What we can offer you
