The Responsibilities for this role includes, but are not limited to: Responsible for leading the on-site execution for assigned projects including guiding the Consumer Testing Associates throughout fielding by ensuring they have an understanding of their tasks and adjusting the roles and responsibilities of the staff, as needed, to best suit specific project needs and any matters that may arise. Participates in start-up meetings with the Sr. Consumer Field Prep Lead to ensure a thorough understanding of the project details and execution requirements for assigned projects. Works with the Sr. Consumer Field Prep Lead to ensure client expectations are being met and the test protocol and design are properly executed for assigned projects. Acts as the first point of contact for on-site fielding questions from both staff and respondents. Maintains the ability to think critically, develop solutions to potential issues and identify when it is necessary to escalate site concerns to the Sr. Consumer Field Prep Lead, Project Coordinator or Operations Director. Provides leadership and mentoring to Consumer Testing Associate staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Maintains organization, quality and consistency during test execution. Performs Consumer Testing Associate tasks including, but not limited to, kitchen, moderator, host, server and client care responsibilities. When not conducting testing, this person is expected and asked to stay onsite to monitor the needs of the Consumer Testing Team:

Head the support for visiting on-site Clients (meal preparation, ordering, pick-up). Procurement of supplies for events and testing (traveling for the purchasing of inventory, samples, materials, etc.).

Performs other duties as assigned. General Educational/Experience Qualifications: Minimum of High School diploma or a GED equivalent certification. Basic knowledge of computers and software programs. The Ideal Candidate possesses the following traits: A very fast learner. The ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. A strong Team Player - someone who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team and others! Upbeat and Positive. Additionally: Must be able to work on your feet, with periodic breaks, up to 10 hours. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
