This creative company has been supplying premium products to customers for over 100 years and is recognized for its eye-catching designs and high-quality brands. Responsibilities: Ensure the efficient running and operation of the purchasing team and act as a point of contact for purchasing enquiries and administration. Ensure pricing is correct for various currencies as they import/export globally. Act as liaison to the sales support office regarding stock deliveries and availability. Review stock levels for new products and best sellers. Schedule deliveries and chase late deliveries. Investigate and resolve product quality issues. Manage supplier quotations and purchase orders. Set up new suppliers. Maintain databases and log purchase orders, submits, inventory cards, invoice enquiries, credit/debit notes. Our Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a purchasing/supply chain position. Previous experience managing a team while being hands-on with day-to-day tasks. Confident with computers including Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot tables). A proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic approach. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A cheerful and friendly disposition.
