The post holder’s duties will include: To listen, learn and train to become a chartered accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland. Monthly bookkeeping using cloud technology. Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies for manager review. Assisting with VAT and payroll processing. Assisting in the preparation of corporation and individual tax returns for manager review. Being involved in audit engagements. General office support and acting in a professional manner at all times. Requirements

Candidates should be graduates in any discipline who can demonstrate an excellent academic record. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organisational and time management skills. Committed to a career in accountancy and training. We are specifically looking for IT literate candidates with strong numeracy & problem solving ability. Strong knowledge of MS Excel. Benefits & Remuneration

Starting salary from £22,000, which will increase in line with CAI recommended training allowances. Completion of the Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) training programme, undertaking a training contract, and completion of examinations. The firm will cover the costs of the study programme and provide study leave as prescribed by CAI. Half day on Friday. How to apply
