Be a key member of the Supply Chain team, supporting CTS analysis, assumptions and zero loss initiatives with data analysis and insight. Monitor Supply Chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with Supply Chain Management team. Drive cost transparency & cost efficiency for both business units by identifying reporting gaps, analysing cost structures for existing and future business and initiating corrective actions. Support the implementation of Supply Chain solutions to deliver tactical and strategic plans for both business units. The Role:

Review Supply chain results and identify opportunities to improve. Review requirements to change distribution strategy and assess feasibility and impact on the overall business. Support process of forecasting the cost to serve on a rolling 18-month basis. Identify service improvement and or cost saving opportunities. Implement a reporting pack with a commentary to keep key stakeholders informed of performance. Represent supply chain team at relevant stages of S&OP process. Experience:

Must be able to communicate at all levels, regular touch points with sales & GM’s. Analytical experience. Ideally from a Demand planning, Logistics or Supply Chain background. Strong experience of driving business change through analysis. S & OP knowledge beneficial. Knowledge & Skills:

Coordination of supply chain design for both business units on new Customers / Products, as well as design changes in existing supply chains. Check for feasibility of proposed setup against internal capabilities and costs as well as compliance to legislations and internal policies in collaboration with Sales, Logistics Execution, Legal, Tax, Foreign Trade and Finance. Support final implementation. Support Supply Chain in the S & OP process at all relevant stages of the process including reporting and analysis. Performance Management of Supply Chain metrics: Analyse results, identify areas for improvement. Initiate corrective actions and regular follow-up. Analyse customer behaviour and order patterns to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement. Create cost-to-serve and real cost transparency for Supply Chain in cooperation with Supply Chain Finance and Analytics Teams. Monitor Supply Chain costs and drive continuous improvement to deliver to agreed targets and manage Risks / Opps. Initiate / coordinate / contribute to cost optimization projects. Support Supply Chain Manager in providing input to CTS assumptions. Manage specific relationships in relation to forecasting and product supply. Knowledge in integrated supply chain systems. Good understanding of supply chain processes and practices as well as overall business interdependencies. Core skills: Analytical, decision making, influencing, organising and controlling, initiative, flexibility, effective communication skills, creativity, driving for results, building effective relationships with people at all levels, driving for change / improvement, reliable, accurate and timely. Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint advanced user. Fluency in English, PC literacy, Supply Chain execution knowledge. Benefits: Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
