As Business Support coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be responsible for carrying out the coordination, administration, and delivery of tasks that support our business, including, but not limited to, meetings, purchasing, reporting, on-boarding new starters and other administrative tasks. As part of this role, you will undertake an ICT Apprenticeship.

Main Responsibilities and Duties IT Support Managing and liaising with our IT support provider for any IT issues raised. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Setting up and issuing IT assets to new staff (e.g. laptops, mobile phones, etc) liaising with our IT support provider for any IT issues raised. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Software licenses management. Setting up accounts for new users. To take responsibility for documentation of procedures and processes to support IT. Assist in Implementing backup and recovery protocols. Helping to develop a variety of training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and on-line documentation. Assist in maintaining local servers and participating in disaster recovery operations.

Office Administration and Coordination Take ownership of administration and implementation in a variety of internal projects across all departments. Updating internal contact information as required. Updating the Document Management System and formatting approved documentation to company branding. DSE issuing and sourcing, purchasing of equipment, office supplies, etc. Using online Health & Safety system to carry out and record Risk Assessments and other Health & Safety information as required. Assisting in staff office and furniture moves. Maintaining and replenishing office supplies (e.g. kitchen area, stationery, DSE items, etc) Booking hotels and travel as required. Reception, welcoming guests and organising refreshments. Manage meeting room diaries. Ensuring a consistently clean and tidy office environment. Setting up meetings within Outlook or Teams as required. Any other duties that may arise within the needs of the business. Managing information and producing documents, using spreadsheets, documents and presentations to company branded guidelines and templates. Apprenticeship Level 3 IT solutions technician standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions. With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches and our learning platform "Aptem" where you will complete the learning on program
