About the job:
You will be based at our new Northwich store which is due to open shortly. The role of Store Manager will involve the full management of the store, which will include the following: Day to day management of the store. Management of a small team of Retail Assistants. Stock ordering and management. Advertising and promotions. Staff appraisals. Store layout, tidiness and replenishment. Staff inductions. Store turnover. Communication with the management team. You will lead by example and the role will also involve scanning and labelling of products, serving customers, handling cash, processing card payments, restocking shelves, maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the premises. You will also monitor and mentor staff to ensure they are reaching daily targets and KPI's and you will also work to your own individual target. The role will involve working a 5-day shift Monday to Saturday. About you:
You are honest, trustworthy, and willing to learn. You are punctual, motivated and have a professional manner. You have good verbal English and are physically able to lift and carry goods. We are especially keen to receive applications from motivated individuals who have a Retail Management/Supervisory background who are looking to develop their career within a fast-growing business.
