What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered you must have experience in customer service and scheduling, ideally within a maintenance, engineering, housing or local government business where you have worked closely with arranging engineers and maintenance bookings. You will be able to deal with complaints and have good IT systems experience, ideally with CRM. You must live locally in the Richmond area and be immediately available to start.
What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a temporary contract until April 2025, with the potential to go permanent with a salary of just over £30,000, temporary equivalent pay is £16.74 including holiday pay of 34 days per year including bank holidays. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5pm with an hours lunch and are fully on site. What you need to do now
