Dating back to the 1700's this historic pub is located on the edge of the New Forest. Oozing character, this Grade II listed building is undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment to create a warm, welcoming bar of 57 covers, a beautiful dining room with 96 covers and gorgeous outdoor space for al fresco dining with 87 covers, with an additional lawn garden. - The Ideal Candidate: Current experience of working in a similar high-end gastro pub or restaurant Minimum of 2 years GM experience Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering your team Will have experience in running busy operations and overseeing large teams Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of the business It is essential that you are commercially and financially minded Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention Our investment in your development. The Heartwood Collection currently has over 40 locations, including Brasserie Blanc restaurants and our lovely Heartwood Inn pubs, many of which now feature beautiful boutique bedrooms. We are aiming to grow to 61 sites by 2027, which could add up to 500 bedrooms over the next four years.
