Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Liaise effectively with the Department for Education (DfE) and other key stakeholders.
Oversee site operations, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct regular progress meetings and report on project status to senior management.
Requirements: Extensive experience as a number 1 on-site Project Manager within the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing new build school projects.
Strong knowledge and experience of liaising with the DfE.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field.
