The team At CTI Digital, the Project Management team is the heart of every campaign, bringing ideas to life from concept to completion. They act as the strategic bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery. They keep all project elements in sync, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure every detail aligns with our client goals. With a mix of adaptability, foresight, and leadership, our Project Managers guide projects through challenges and milestones, all while delivering innovative solutions that drive results. What you’ll be doing As our Lead Project Manager, you’ll oversee a team of project managers, stay hands-on with your own projects, and take responsibility for: BOLT Updates: Lead weekly updates for the Business Operations Leadership Team, presenting key performance indicators, tracking group successes, and discussing challenges to drive continuous improvement.

Capacity Planning: Proactively manage and forecast resource requirements, aligning team capacity with the project pipeline to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilisation of resources.

Project/Programme Governance & Reporting: Ensure robust governance of projects and programmes, maintaining clear communication, adhering to timelines, and providing accurate progress and risk reports.

Resource Management: Manage resource allocation across projects, optimising team capabilities and balancing workloads to meet business objectives efficiently.

Client Communication: Build and maintain strong, transparent communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with deliverables, timelines, and business objectives.

Mentorship & Career Development: Offer guidance and mentorship in areas of expertise, supporting team members’ growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

What experience you need to be successful Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams—coaching junior team members and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring clear and measurable outcomes.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences, from clients to team members and executives.

Strong decision-making skills under pressure, maintaining composure and guiding teams through high-stakes or tight-deadline situations.

Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities, ensuring multiple projects are meticulously managed from start to finish.

Solid understanding of project budgets and risk management, balancing costs with quality and timeline to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Experience with project management software (we use Jira, Confluence and GSuite) and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
