Manage customer and third-party audits to achieve and maintain accreditation standards, BRC A grade. Act as key contact with customers and potential customers in all technical issues including driving improvement plans, implementing outputs from risk assessments and retailer codes of practice. Lead by example in encouraging appropriate behavioural standards in support of the company’s values and culture. Coach employees in the implementation and training of technical standards, systems, and procedures. Utilise best practice from around the business and outside bodies to influence and implement within the site for continuous improvement purposes. What we’re looking for:
Ideally, you will be educated to Degree or HND level in food science or a science/technology related discipline or have Technical Management / Quality Management / leadership experience gained from the food industry. You will be building relationships with key retailers such as M&S, Tesco, Waitrose, and Sainsbury’s. Ideally, you will have Level 3 Food Safety & Level 3 HACCP.
