Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with this rapidly expanding travel business who are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Finance Business Partner you will collaborate closely with our Commercial Team to optimise ticket sales, revenue generation, and cost efficiency. This role will work in close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Distribution, and Head of Inventory & Trading.
Previous accountancy experience (2-5 years) is essential to be considered for this role.
The role:
Creation and management of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all revenue streams
Driving business performance analysis by evaluating revenue streams, tracking performance against targets, and identifying opportunities for enhancement
Deliver and drive actionable sales insights throughout the sales process to maximise yields and support strategic decision-making
Reviewing costs and margin performance, identifying opportunities for profit optimisation and cost control
Overseeing the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for all revenue streams and their related costs
Management of the Junior Finance Business Partner
You will have:
2-5 years accountancy experience (essential)
Travel and Cruise and Power Bi experience (desirable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Data Management
Experience Business Partnering with Commercial Teams
Key commercial focus and a natural understanding of what it takes to constantly work to improving the bottom line
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications desirable

Salary circa 50,000 per annum
