My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary operations across multiple venues. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the dining experience for over 100,000 guests annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement F&B strategy for 25+ public dining products and 300+ private events Lead and mentor kitchen, front-of-house, and event delivery teams Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and F&B quality Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and licensing authorities Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record in F&B management or event management Strong leadership and change management skills Customer-centric approach with a focus on excellence Experience in upscale restaurants and high-volume catering establishments Degree in hospitality management or related field
