About the Role

As Fleet Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Fleet Operations Management:

Developing and overseeing intra-company fleet cascade plans, ensuring the smooth transfer of assets. Leading the refurbishment of our PSV fleet, including CCTV upgrades, to meet and exceed TfL contractual obligations. Compliance and Data Integrity:

Ensuring vehicle compliance with legal requirements, such as MOT and VED/RFL dates, and maintaining accurate operator licences. Keeping Oracle EAM systems up to date with precise vehicle specifications and location data. Optimisation and Cost Efficiency:

Identifying opportunities to optimise asset utilisation and reduce operating costs in collaboration with internal teams. Managing lease agreements and overseeing the end-of-life disposal of fleet vehicles. Team Development:

Coaching and supporting the Fleet Administrator, fostering their growth while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Stakeholder Engagement:

Acting as a key liaison with external organisations, including the DVSA, DVLA, and the Office of the Traffic Commissioner. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a proven track record in fleet management. Key qualifications and skills include: Certificate of Professional Competence in PSV Transport Management. Advanced experience with EAM systems (e.g., Oracle). Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in engaging internal and external stakeholders. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. What’s in It for You?
