Technical Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Westminster, £239.31 per day
PAYE – Reference: RQ1443965 Responsibilities:
Review and challenge client briefs to ensure they meet investment needs and minimize inefficiencies. Act as the technical lead for pre-construction activities, appraising proposed solutions from service providers. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop accurate budgets, designs, and technical appraisals. Review planning, building control, and listed building consent applications to ensure compliance. Provide technical input into design standards and innovative solutions. Monitor and report on task progress, identifying and mitigating risks. Support seamless handovers to operational teams for task delivery. This is a Full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
