Finance Consultant
on an
Interim
basis and is working with
Spencer Clarke Group
to fill the role. About the role: This role will be within the Safety Valve/Children's directorate, providing specialist support through the provision of useful, accurate, and understandable financial analysis and advice to senior members of the council. (Hybrid): Responsibilities: To develop and support improvement projects within the Directorate from a finance perspective. Take lead responsibility for financially significant and technically complex areas of the budget and lead and participate in cross-cutting projects. About you: You will have the following experience: Fully qualified Accountant -
CIPFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA. Experience as a finance professional in a large and complex public sector organization and an understanding of the annual financial cycle and regime within local authorities.
