Manufacturing/FMCG Group based in Chichester, West Sussex, has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the operational and commercial teams by providing analysis of financial data and performance, whilst identifying trends and recommending improvements to processes.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve? Reporting to the Financial Controller, the key responsibilities of the position will include: Preparation of capital investment proposals and post-implementation reviews; Product and customer profitability reporting for margin assessment and customer tender and price setting; Providing monthly variance analysis including detailed commentary on any variance to budget; Support the annual budgeting process and six-monthly reforecasts; Production of weekly operational KPI's for tracking performance against cost reduction saving plans.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy: Applicants for the position will ideally hold a full accountancy qualification with previous experience of undertaking a similar position within an FMCG or Manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and analytical skills will be essential to undertake the role successfully as it will involve working extensively with key non-finance stakeholders within the business.
