The successful candidate will:
Have NVQ (or equivalent) Level 2 or higher Beauty Therapy qualification. Have experience in performing facials either in a luxury retail or spa/salon environment. Take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service. Interact with clients and promote beauty skincare products. Offer bespoke consultations and demonstrations tailored to the clients’ specific beauty requirements. Provide beauty treatments, including facial and body. Drive a high level of sales for the department. Maintain impeccable counter standards. Be self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge. Grow the current client base.
