Department: Community Rehabilitation Services; Dietetics Salary: Band 6 - Permanent Contract Hours: 37.5 hours. Flexible working, Part-time considered (minimum 22.5 hours). You will be responsible for: Your own caseload of patients who require specialist gastro advice or oral nutrition support in the community offering holistic person-centred care. Joint working with Speech and Language therapists and other AHP's, Social care and Nursing colleagues. Offering a hybrid approach including telephone/video, outpatient clinics and home visits as needed. Supporting student placements (A, B and C placements). Planning and delivering training (internal and external). Triage of new diet referrals. Supervision of colleagues. Service innovation and development based on the latest evidence-based information. Involvement in clinical trials and audit. About us
