Small family feel finance department About Our Client Michael Page are currently supporting a growing design business who are looking for a sales ledger controller to join their small finance team! Job Description Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices ensuring their accuracy and they match the PO numbers Managing payment schedules with clients Entering invoice details into Sage Assisting with Credit Control chasing overdue payments Raising and chasing for PO numbers Reconciliations of AP balances to ensure all accounts and payments are accurately recorded Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:30 The Successful Applicant Successful candidate will possess: Worked in a similar background before Ability to work in a fast paced environment Work to timed deadlines Excellent communication skills Microsoft proficient Attention to detail What's on Offer Salary up to £28000 per annum + 20 days annual leave + 5 days on site + free on site parking + Pension
