Finance Manager

This is more than just a finance role. You'll play a pivotal part in shaping the financial health of our growing firm, working closely with senior leadership. This opportunity blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, offering variety and the chance to make a real difference.

What You'll Do: Overseeing financial operations and compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Supporting leadership with financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights. Managing client-related financial processes with precision and professionalism. Leading projects like general ledger migrations and process improvements. Streamlining reporting, automating workflows, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

What You'll Bring: We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented finance professional with the following skills and experience: Essential Skills & Behaviours: Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills. Experience with accounting software like Sage or Xero, including reporting and automation. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A self-starter attitude with a passion for challenging the status quo and improving processes. Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Experience & Knowledge: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent). Proven success in finance roles within financial services, wealth management, or a related sector. Familiarity with UK GAAP and FCA compliance/reporting (highly desirable). Hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting functions in smaller organisations.
