They are part of a wider group with this business as the core operation but are complemented by multiple group entities, each contributing to a diverse portfolio. Day-to-day management of the finance function, and supporting the Group FC with continuous development of financial systems, financial reporting, controls and procedures.
Monthly financial and management reporting, including sales reporting.
Supporting the Group FC with cash flow forecasting.
Managing monthly intercompany recharges.
Preparation of budgets/forecasts.
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Submission of VAT returns.
Assigning/setting up new product coding.
Supporting annual accounts audits.
Account for imports/exports.
Complete government data submission including National Statistics.
Supporting the completion of weekly payroll.
