This exciting new offering will see Carlisle spin out its internal recruitment functions and offer both Temporary and Permanent recruitment solutions to our prestigious client base. The temporary solutions will be geared towards high volume on-site recruitment offerings, in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, training and customer service. Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities: Develop and Implement Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions: Design, develop and oversee the implementation of offerings that address the recruitment and operational needs of our clients. Marketing: Work alongside our Director of Marketing and Bid Management to create a brand for Carlisle People, including online and tender/proposal documentation. Business Development: Create, maintain and grow a progressive database of client opportunities, with an up-to-date marketing database being established on our Salesforce CRM platform. Revenue Generation: Meet expected revenue targets as per your agreed business plan. Divisional Operating Profit: Ensure business unit is both profitable and sustainable, meeting all expected profit margins and returns. P&L Reviews and Responsibility: Drive the work with our internal finance and pricing teams to ensure all opportunities are priced accordingly and internal sign-off processes are adhered to. Social Value: Aligned with the Head of ESG (Environment, Social & Governance), work to strengthen our social value portfolio, tapping into the government recruitment funds and initiatives where available. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all recruitment initiatives comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and Mentor Recruitment Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, conducting monthly 121 with Head of Recruitment. Social Media and Communications: Lead on external communication with clients and prospects, attending trade shows and industry events where applicable. The ideal candidate Education:

Degree educated (desirable). Experience:

Proven experience in a RPO business development or operational role, with a track record of developing and implementing successful RPO solutions. Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices, as well as familiarity with recruitment methodologies and tools. Management:

Demonstrable man-management and leadership experience. Financial Acumen:

Extensive experience of understanding financial principles. Ability to analyse and navigate the impact of financial decisions and problem-solving. Key Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Ability to align recruitment initiatives with organisational goals. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness. Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to adapt training programs to meet changing operational needs. Location:

Flexible, each Monday in Luton HQ. Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate, or a valid share code.
