Your new company A successful regional developer working across both housing associations and private schemes seeks a document controller to join the team. With 10 live sites and 3 further due to start imminently, this is a newly created role to help with the significant increase in contract admin and day-to-day co-ordination of information. Working in a purpose-built office, the role is key to the business and the smooth running of the projects. Your new role Working closely with the construction director, you will be the key to ensuring subcontractors, clients & site teams are issued with the latest drawings and tender info as well as compiling information for O&M manuals, H&S files and bream trackers. You will be working with established in-house processes utilising Excel as well as several other externals IT programmes. The role is 100% office-based. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced document controller with a construction background. You will have overseen multiple projects simultaneously working within an office environment and be fully IT literate.
