Associate Director of US Recruitment Join an established SME looking to grow their senior leadership team. You will take over an established team of recruiters focusing on Advanced Technology in the US. With this team set to be the most profitable team in the business, you will have full autonomy over the growth and direction of the business. What market/industry will you and the team be focusing on? Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, Electric Vehicles and Future Mobility Embedded Electronics, AI & Data Mechanical/Electrical You will be working with start-up/scale-up businesses. You will also have opportunities to take more leadership across the entire business, including UK & EU operations (dependent on your experience). Package: Salaries up to £80k Up to 30% comms Monthly management bonus - 20%-50% of your monthly salary as bonus (depending on seniority + team performance) The role: Hands on management and leadership, focusing on skill development and team strategy. Focus on clients and revenue generation; this role requires someone who can get in the trenches with the team. Improve team performance and manage P&L. Full autonomy over the growth of the division, adding further headcount at the right time and bringing in great people. Autonomy over the direction/focus of the division; make it how you want it to be. Work closely with the SLT on the overall strategy of the business. What do you need? 6+ years 360 experience in recruitment. Experience expanding markets and teams in their respective industry. Management experience/leadership of high-performing teams.
