Work with our hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and proactively find staff to fill our vacancies Carry out targeted recruitment campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn to attract and engage relevant candidates Manage our careers page, posting relevant vacancies and responding to applicants Manage our recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring business goals are met and all candidates have a positive experience Take a proactive approach to recruitment, sourcing high performing individuals and building relationships that will lead to future hires WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally from an internal position at a cyber security or software vendor, or relevant agency experience Experience recruiting for a range of technical and non technical positions, ideally covering software development, sales, marketing and operational staff Demonstrable experience in crafting attractive job descriptions, adverts and related content to engage relevant candidates In depth knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and appropriate job boards Broad understanding of UK Employment law, and how it applies to the recruitment process.
