All aspects of care are part of the role. Ashdene has been established for over 20 years and is a 41-bedded residential care home that specializes in dementia. Previous knowledge is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided. You will be helped to complete the care certificate, and we actively encourage our team members to further their knowledge by completing their Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
