Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) under the supervision of the classroom teacher. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver comprehensive care and education.
What They Are Looking For: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to handle and respond positively to challenging behaviour. Willingness to provide personal care as required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the school's location and off-site activities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
