Duration: 12 Month Contract
Location: Wolverhampton - Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
£25.90 per hour - Inside IR35 - Umbrella Rate
Position Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the HR team to deliver our People Strategy. As part of a team, you will be working on a number of key projects and supporting a variety of employee lifecycle activities. Alongside working with our People Partners, this role will involve collaborating with stakeholders from manufacturing & our trade union as well as working closely with wider HR teams.
Skills Required:
Generalist HR experience - understanding of policy applications for Absence, Recruitment, Training, Payroll & Contractual obligations (i.e. Terms & Conditions). Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (including Management & shop floor staff) to deliver engagement projects. High levels of communication, both written and verbal, adaptable to a variety of audiences.
Experience Required:
Desirable - Experience of manufacturing and/or a unionised environment. Project management experience. Event/workshop facilitation. Qualification in HR/Relevant discipline or CIPD Qualified.
Additional Information:
Hybrid working: Minimum 3 days on site per week. On site presence is expected and required for certain meetings each week.
