Located in Greens Lane, the project involves the completion of 23 apartments (1-2 bedroom units), with 3 blocks with each apartment being valued at £500-700k. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle, overseeing all stages from planning to completion. Coordinate with local trades and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed to the highest standard and within the agreed timeline. Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee logistics, budgets, and timelines, ensuring the project stays on track. Liaise with the development team, contractors, and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential development, particularly with multi-apartment schemes. Strong knowledge of building processes, local trades, and managing the construction of apartment blocks (20-50 units). Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team of subcontractors and stakeholders.
