This SEN school provides a personalised, bespoke education package to pupils with Education Health Care Plans who have complex needs that are not being met in other schools. They use a Trauma Informed approach together with our Special Educational Needs expertise to design a school experience that will enable them to be successful learners. They are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging space where every student can reach their full potential and develop essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one and small group support to students in various learning activities. Helping with core subjects as well as community projects, travelling with child on school trips and to appointments. Supporting students' communication development through various strategies and tools. Building relationships, gaining the trust of the pupils, managing behaviour and communication within classroom. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Qualifications and Experience:

Experience working with students with SEMH is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with individuals with special needs. Ability to adapt and tailor support strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
